Although, as she writes in her blog, the creation of this hombre smoothie is not an easy job, but it has brought to her great popularity in a very short time.

Depending on the ingredients, you can create about five layers, starting with the brightest to the darkest shade of ingredients.

What is most important in the preparation of this smoothie is to create a thick paste of layers, so tastes do not flow into each other, this can be achieved by using frozen fruit, chia seeds, coconut, thick yogurt, large pieces of fresh fruit, etc.

What’s even better, is not at all complicated to get it. You need only a good blender and a little creativity to turn out exactly as it should. The only thing you have to watch out for, is that each layer of smoothies is previously separated in the different glasses, so on the end merge them into one glass.

Ok presume we are ready – let’s try

Ingredients :
-1 ¾ cup blackberries
-2 cups blueberries
-½ cup kiwis, sliced
-½ red oranges, freshly squeezed
-1 banana
-2 ½ cups of blueberry yogurt

Preparation: (remember separate glass for each layer)

-Layer 1: In a blender chop 1 cup of blackberries.
-Layer 2: In a blender chop ½ cup blueberries.
-Layer 3: In a blender chop ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup kiwis, juice ½ red orange.
-Layer 4: In a blender chop ½ cup blueberries, 1 banana, yogurt and ½ cup of blueberries.
-Layer 5: In a blender chop ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup of blackberries and ½ cup yogurt blueberry.
-Layer 6: Mix together 1 cup of blueberry yogurt and ¼ cup of blackberries.
Combine all six layers in one glass, and on top add another ½ cup of blueberry yogurt. Decorate with red orange, kiwi and a sprig of mint.
